I also booked a pre-wedding trial and showed Alyson my hair and makeup photos 5 minutes before I arrived. I could not believe how accurately she reproduced the look on me. What are your bridal booking requirements?A non-refundable deposit of 25% and a completed contract are required to hold the date/time of any event/wedding booking. Minimum booking requirement: We have a minimum mobile service booking requirements for peak wedding season (excludes travel, early morning fee, trial) Please fill out inquiry form for more details on minimums. A surcharge will apply if the services needed to do not meet the minimums. The number of services booked is final, the hair and makeup services are transferable to another person on that day but the number of services booked cannot be withdrawn once confirmed.

Do you have a studio space?Yes! We now have a studio location in Downtown Oakville for bridal previews, proms and small appointments. We are by appointment only. Please fill out the inquiry form to book an appointment or book directly online under 'online booking'.

When do you recommend I book my Preview appointment?Preview appointments for booked brides only. We recommend scheduling previews 2-4 months before your wedding day.

What is the earliest start time I can book?Our regular hours are starting at 7am, however, we can accommodate early mornings. If the arrival/set up time is before 7:00am, an early morning fee per artist will apply depending on the set up time. Please contact us directly for these rates.

Do you have travel fees?Yes, our travel fee is $.60 per km round trip from L6H0E2 for locations outside of Oakville. Locations within Oakville have no travel fee. All travel is charged per artist booked.

What are the non-bridal booking requirements?A deposit and signed agreement is required for all non-bridal bookings. All mobile bookings must meet minimum booking requirements for 2024: (excludes travel & early morning fee) Saturdays $650 Sundays/Fridays $500 Monday-Thursday $390 A surcharge will apply if the services needed to do not meet the minimums. In-studio appointments may be available. Book directly online or fill out our inquiry form.

ParkingThe client is responsible for all parking fees for the artist(s) for both the trial and day of wedding/event.

Do you have gift certificates?We do! contact us directly through our contact page or email to buy them. We can do a dollar amount or a service on the gift certificate.
