Prom FAQ's

How soon can I book?
Our online booking system opens 90 days in advance.

Can I book a prom trial?
Yes! Prom trials follow the same rules and pricing as prom. You can book a regular prom appointment to try your look beforehand.

What add-on services do you offer?
We offer airbrush foundation, extension installation (you must bring your own), and Hollywood waves (extra charge due to the time required).

What if I never wear makeup?
We specialize in natural looks and will ensure you feel completely comfortable with your hair and/or makeup.

How long will my appointment take?
Appointments typically take about 45 minutes for hair or makeup and 1.5 hours for both.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring any hair accessories, extensions (if applicable), and inspiration photos for your desired look.

Do you offer group bookings?
Yes, friends can book back-to-back appointments to get ready together. Depending on availability you may be able to come at the same time.

When should I wash my hair?
We recommend washing your hair the night before and arriving with clean, dry hair.

Do you offer touch-up kits?
Yes, we provide a small touch-up kit for makeup to keep your look fresh all evening.

Is there parking?
Yes, we have 3 visitor parking spots. If they’re full, street and lot parking are also available nearby.
